Full Facility Assessment
The Full Facility Assessment begins with an Initial Survey to identify savings opportunities. Our Associates review your facility’s energy inputs, energy conversion processes, and energy use, and then develop a list of potential Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs). We review these no-capital and low-capital energy conservation and cost reduction projects with your personnel. ITA and your organization jointly determine which ECMs ITA will focus on.
The Full Facility Assessment final report to you includes:
- Detailed descriptions of all no-capital or low-capital projects for energy conservation / cost reduction recommended by ITA.
- Complete justification of the projected annual savings, including calculations and assumptions.
- Description of any training or operating procedures required to maintain the improvements.
Appropriate personnel and information must be available to expedite ITA’s on-site work.
The Full Facility Assessment is typically conducted under the lot pricing option. The contract price is based on a percentage of the projected annual savings due to the no-capital and low-capital improvements specified by ITA.
