McCall-Thomas Engineering Co. Selects ITA to Provide Facility Energy Audits
Alliance Addresses Electrical, Mechanical, and Thermal Efficiency
ORANGEBURG, SC, - April 26, 2006 – McCall-Thomas Engineering Company and Industrial Technology Associates, Inc. (ITA) today announce the formation of a new business alliance. Through this alliance, McCall-Thomas Engineering is now able to offer Facility Energy Audits to its industrial, institutional, and heavy commercial clients. The duration of a Facility Energy Audit typically ranges between two and five days, depending on facility size. Audit teams inspect all facility utility system and identify potential energy conservation and/or cost reduction opportunities. The alliance between McCall-Thomas Engineering and ITA ensures that the audit teams have expertise in electrical power distribution, electrical power quality, infrared imaging (for both electrical and thermal systems), steam and condensate systems, compressed air systems, HVAC, mechanical refrigeration, and cooling tower systems.
