Training
ITA personnel have written and modified numerous utilities operating procedures. The Associates have prepared and delivered both “spot” training programs for small operational changes and complete system training programs for new / recurrent operator training.
System Theory and Operation
New utility personnel need to be properly trained and experienced personnel can always gain a deeper understanding. ITA can develop and deliver training packages on the theory and operation of any of your utility systems. The participants will find that, while theory is presented, the “real world” experience of our Associates keeps the presentation interesting and makes the concepts easily accessible.
Operational Changes
No-capital Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) that result from a Facility Energy Audit often involve changes to existing operational procedure. ITA can prepare and deliver training to your personnel on the changes. These changes typically include new methods to track system performance in order to maintain the gains. The tracking methods are fully covered in the training program.
Training can be held at your site or at a remote location.
ITA training programs can benefit Plant Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, members of the Technical Staff, Energy Stewards, System Operators, and Staff Supervisors.
ITA training programs are typically conducted under the lot pricing option.
